DOC wine aged in wood
Made from indigenous grapes Barbera and Croatina. Ruby red in color, with hints of spice and overripe fruit. Moderately tannic and persistent. It combines easily with game and mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18/20 °C in a large cup.
